Privacy Policy

SizeGuard ("SizeGuard", "we", "us", or "our") is a Shopify inventory-intelligence product provided by Keepline. This policy explains what information the app and website process and how it is used.

Information SizeGuard processes

When a merchant installs SizeGuard, the app processes the merchant's Shopify store domain, authentication credentials required to access the Shopify Admin API, product and variant information, inventory quantities, and order-line demand information used to calculate recent size demand.

SizeGuard is designed not to request, store, or display customer identity fields such as customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, or shipping addresses. Order data is used only to calculate aggregate product and size demand over the configured analysis window.

SizeGuard also stores merchant-configured alert settings, scan summaries, inventory-alert records, and technical information needed to operate the service.

If you join the SizeGuard early-access waitlist, we collect the merchant or brand name, work email address, Shopify store or website, and limited referral or campaign information such as UTM parameters or the referring page. We use this information to manage the waitlist, understand where interest comes from, and follow up about access to SizeGuard.

How we use information

We use the information described above to analyze size availability, estimate recent demand by variant, identify inventory conditions that may require attention, send configured inventory alerts, manage early-access requests, operate the app and website, maintain security, and troubleshoot service issues.

Service providers

SizeGuard relies on service providers that help us host and operate the app, including Shopify for commerce platform access, Vercel for application hosting, Neon for database infrastructure, and Resend for transactional email delivery. These providers process information only as necessary to provide their services to SizeGuard.

Data retention and deletion

We retain merchant and waitlist data while it is needed to provide SizeGuard, manage early-access requests, and satisfy legitimate operational or legal requirements. Shopify session credentials are removed when the app is uninstalled. Shopify's mandatory shop-redaction process is used to remove remaining store-owned SizeGuard records associated with the shop.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information handled by SizeGuard. No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Merchant responsibilities

Merchants are responsible for using SizeGuard in accordance with applicable law and their own privacy obligations to customers and other users of their Shopify store.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as SizeGuard changes. The current version will always be posted on this page with its latest update date.
